Joanne is also, an award-winning, full-time REALTOR who has been making her client’s dreams reality for over 17 years. A lifelong resident of Amityville, located on the border of Suffolk & Nassau Counties, Joanne sells residential, multifamily and investment properties throughout Long Island. Specializing in marketing, negotiating, unique sales strategies and social media, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Joanne understands that the purchase of a home is often the most significant purchase a person will make in their lifetime. She believes REALTORS must be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Joanne’s most interesting sale came about in 2010, as an Accredited Buyers Representative, she facilitated the purchase of the infamous “Amityville Horror House” for her clients. She helped them navigate an unusual purchase with international attention. While Joanne’s awards are too extensive to list individually, she has held Top Producer status and has been in the top 100 Agents within the entire Exit Franchise; she is consistently in the Top 5% of agents, year after year. In 2010 Joanne become an agent trainer herself, as the Director of Agent Development at Exit Realty Premier; she helped educate other agents to reach the full potential. Joanne’s expertise in Social Media and Marketing has brought her to national attention, she has spoken at the National Women’s Council of Realtors Conference, the Exit Realty International Convention and for other groups in Chicago and Las Vegas. With her network of agents throughout the nation, Joanne has a unique perspective on the industry and can give her clients the benefit of knowing trends and market changes before they happen. Joanne is a member in good standing of the Long Island Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, New York State of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is committed to the professionalism of the industry and volunteers her time as a committee member on the Education Committee of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR). She has also held leadership positions within the Women’s Council of REALTORS, a national network of men and women, dedicated to empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Joanne was recognized at Member of the Year in 2013 and held the position of President of the Long Island Chapter of the WCR for 2014, on the board of directors for LIBOR and many essential committees within the organization. In December 2016 Joanne was honored as one of the Long Island Power Women in Business. Joanne believes that the best path to her success is to help others get what they need to realize their success.
